- 2009年在日本鹿兒島市舉行的「東亞地區節肢動物媒介病毒性疾病對畜牧產業的影響之國際研討會」中，與會的台、日、韓、中四國達成共識，將持續東亞各國實驗室人員的交流。 In the International Workshop on Arboviral Diseases of Livestock in East Asia, held in Kagoshima, Japan in 2009, the participants agreed to increase exchanges of scientists between the animal health laboratories of the East Asian countries.
